I'm Minkki, a 27-year-old Chinese girl in Perth on a Working Holiday Visa (subclass 462). I’m looking for a room with a 2-month short stay, and I'm happy to stay longer if it works out well.

📍 I'm flexible on location as long as it's well connected by public transport. And I'd prefer sharing a bathroom with at most one other person if possible.

💰 Budget: around AUD 200–300 per week, depending on the room. I’m willing to pay more for the right place, especially with a prime location or amenities like a gym or pool.
