I am an international student currently in my 3rd year of Computing Science at UTS. I recently completed my mandatory military service in South Korea and am now returning to Sydney to finish my degree.
Having served in the military, I value discipline, cleanliness, and respect for others' property—so you can be assured that we will keep your place in excellent condition.
If I felt the place suitable, I’m happy to stay for more than a year, even after I complete my studies.
In terms of finances, I already have substantial savings to cover stay. Furthermore, I receive regular financial support from my parents, and I also plan to work in internships or part-time roles during my studies to ensure a very stable rental payment.
