Looking to either team up with somebody to go on a lease, or sublet a room somewhere preferably in an area close to the beach with good transport links to the city for work. Ideally in a house with people who are open to hanging out the odd time, whether it’s a pint at the pub or just heading to the beach for coffee and a swim 😊

Move in date is flexible. I'm a pretty chill guy and easy to get along with, looking for someone similar.

I’m 30 / Irish and work full-time in a Creative / PR Agency, so tend to be out of the house from 8am-6pm, but sometimes like to work from home as well.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere for the next year, but would consider shorter lets as well.
