Hi, I’m Nathan, 35, working full-time as a Disability Support Worker (Mon–Fri 08:00–15:30). I’m currently based in Palm Beach and looking for a long-term rental within Palm Beach, Burleigh, or Miami—ideally close to the beach.

About me:
Early riser (up at 04:00) for training
Evenings: relaxing, watching a movie, or going for a beach walk
Non-smoker, don’t drink; prefer living with someone who also doesn’t smoke. Drinkers are fine as long as it’s moderate, no binge drinking or party culture
Respectful, clean, disciplined, and value mutual respect and communication in shared living spaces
Allergic to cats; okay with dogs
