I’m a 21 year old recent graduate who has completed my Bachelor’s degree at Monash University and have been living in Australia since 2023. I’m now looking to settle into a long term rental and maintain a stable living arrangement. Since moving to Australia, my rent and living expenses have always been paid on time without any delays.

I am in the process of moving onto a Temporary Graduate visa, allowing me to remain in Australia legally for the next two years. I have a strong rental mindset and take responsibility for maintaining the property I live in, keeping shared and private spaces clean and well looked after. I value clear communication, respect the property as if it were my own and aim to be a reliable, low maintenance tenant.
