I hope you’re all doing great! I’d really appreciate your help, as I’m looking for a new place to stay here in Brisbane 🙏

My name is Mouhcine, I’m 25 years old and originally from Morocco. I’ve been living in Brisbane for over two years and have built a solid rental record during that time. I’m an international student studying Technical Engineering and Civil Construction Design, and I also work in construction.

My friends and family describe me as easy-going, responsible, and independent. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s relaxing on my own or catching up with others. I’m quite social, but I also appreciate having my own quiet space when needed.

I always like to keep my home clean and organised — I do my dishes daily and tidy up after myself. I’m also open to a cleaning schedule to keep shared spaces neat and comfortable for everyone.

I’m looking for a place in the $300–$400 range, and I’m happy to pay a bond.
