I’m relocating for work and currently looking for someone to team-up for a long term rental or a room in a friendly, clean and respectful household.

I’m a radiographer working at a hospital, which means I’ll be doing shift work and some on-call, so my schedule can vary. I’m independent and respectful of other people’s space and routines, and I’m also looking for a home that feels comfortable and relaxed rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, down at the beach, or catching up with friends. I love cooking and making homemade meals, and I’m more than happy to share the occasional dinner. I also don’t mind a good sit-down and watching TV together or having a chat after work.

I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m clean, considerate and easygoing. I’m definitely happy to be social with housemates, but I also appreciate everyone having their own space and doing their own thing.

Ideally looking for a place with friendly, respectful housemates where everyone is comfortable, communicates well and treats the place like a home. I also have a car and will need off-street parking.
