Hi 👋, I'm Tim, 31 years old and working full-time 5 days a week. I'd describe myself as friendly, respectful, and easygoing. I'm naturally a bit introverted and enjoy having time to myself to recharge, but I'm definitely not antisocial 😅 and I'm always happy to have a chat, share a meal, or spend time with housemates when the opportunity comes up.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, caring for my plants, reading, gaming, and generally being surrounded by nature whenever I can. I appreciate a calm, clean, and respectful home environment and am looking for a place with a positive atmosphere where everyone gets along while still respecting each other's space. I'm tidy, reliable, considerate of others, and value open communication within the household.

Ideally I'd like an unfurnished room as I have a few belongings I'd like to bring with me, mainly a desk, dresser and bookshelves. Having my own bathroom or an ensuite would be a bonus, but finding the right household and good people to live with is ultimately more important to me 😊
