Maria, a highly organized and tidy full-time professional, is searching for a tranquil place to call home. I can consistently pay my rent punctually.

I tend to be quite low-key and introverted. I do not drink, smoke, or use drugs. I AM NOT A PARTY PERSON. However, I am fine if my flatmate enjoys a glass of wine, provided they do not overindulge.

I typically leave for work around 6:30 or 7:00 am and return home between 4:30 and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday. ON WEEKENDS, I PREFER TO STAY HOME.

I take pride in being polite, honest, caring, friendly, and respectful, and I expect the same from others. I hope to find a housemate who is non-judgmental, culturally open-minded, and down-to-earth. It is essential for me that my roommate is stable, drama-free, and does not see me merely as a source of rent or disappear without notice.

I have a fondness for dogs and cats, although I do not have any pets myself. However, I would prefer not to be asked to feed or walk dogs when my housemate is away.
