I am very respectful, friendly, easy going, clean and tidy and take real good care in the things I own. I have moved to Australia from England, I have been living in Sydney since September 2023 and have just moved to Perth.
I have just been successful with a full time job at a gym, working as a sales consultant, and I am looking at starting my career here in Perth and finding a room to rent whilst I am here.
I am looking for 1 room and my budget is $350 a week including bills.
I am looking for a room near Subiaco (that’s where I will be working) or anywhere near the beaches. I don’t mind a 30/45min commute to work. I don’t have a car atm but will be looking to get one soon.
