I'm working full-time in banking. Normally working from home 2-3 days a week. I'm an easy-going person that enjoy social life on the weekends and recharge during the week. I don't have any furniture but happy to supply or chip in for furniture. I do have a cat that act like a dog (as all the pet parent would say their cats are the best) - very friendly, polite and gentle. My cat name is Chips. She never scratches any furniture or leave mess anywhere.

I normally clean up after myself (unless I'm in a rush but won't leave any mess unattended for a day). I respect other people's space just as much as mine. I do a bit of writing and doing a bit of stand-up as my hobby. It would be hard to find a housemate who doesn't like laughing.

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and have a relatively healthy lifestyle. I enjoy watching a movie or playing games during the week. on the weekend, I'm normally socialising with mates. I like to host dinner parties every now and then since I like to cook and would love to include my housemate. With that being said, I absolutely love to keep our share space clean and comfortable for the household.

The suburbs I’m looking to rent are Surry Hills, Waterloo, Redfern and Darlinghurs, including surrounding suburbs.
