About me
I'm a young lawyer moving down to Sydney on a 6 month secondment so am ideally looking for something for the duration of my stay (currently based in Brisbane).
I'm really friendly and outgoing, but as I'm coming for work, I also need a place that would be like my respite.. because of that, I really really value cleanliness (esp. in common areas) but otherwise, am generally a chill person. I love to socialise and meet new people but also value personal space (especially when the work week is particularly hectic and/or stressful).
Don't drink or smoke so ideally looking for like-minded individuals (mainly in the sense that I'd prefer non-smokers if possible, and flatmates that aren't too big on the house parties).
In terms of rent, I'm looking for something more around the $420-450 ballpark but can fork out a bit more for the right place/right roomies.
