I m seeking a temporary short term share accommodation while in process of seeking more permanent housing a bit further down the track . I would expect to give reasonable notice when wanting to move and can discuss this further. I m from Sydney and my family live on Gold Coast. I also plan to work part-time soon. I would be willing to do my fair share in the home and are in the practice of cleaning up as I go along. I respect people s homes and other people s individual preferences and routines and are able to fit in within either a family situation as a boarder or in share accommodation as a flatmate or a boarder. I can adapt easily and open to cooperating with whatever the situation may be. I m open to giving support with housework, child minding, packing, decorating, office work if a situation arises where I could be of some extra value in the interim. Otherwise, I am self sufficient, quiet living although enjoy being social and meeting people. I like to walk and swim at the beach, and are generally health and food consious, non-smoker enjoy all music and movies.
I also have varied working experience in aged care, and would be open to sharing with an elderly person who needs personal assistance while perhaps waiting for more permanent govt aged care assistance into their home or while in midst of downsizing before moving to a residential facility. I m in my early 60s, non judgemental, respect people s privacy, boundaries and cultural differences.
