I m seeking a temporary short term share accommodation arrangement until perhaps end Feb 2024. I work 5 days per week. Are 62 years old. Non smoker. I’m a friendly and approachable person. I respect other people s privacy and boundaries, and situations, and don t mind helping people out at times if any needs arise, particularly if flatmates have pets, children or family visitors. Are clean and tidy. Appreciate sharing requires give and take and are happy to fit in to already set up routines and preferred ways of maintaining order around the home. I m travelling fairly lightly and quite organised with my own food etc are mainly quiet at home but like being social too, am hospitable and kind. Like walking and swimming occasionally.
