Hi! I’m Santiago (32), currently seeking a place around Murdoch University.

I’m working as a Disability Support Worker and also with Murdoch Active, so I keep a structured routine and value having a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m reliable, financially responsible, and respectful of shared living spaces.

I’m tidy and considerate, and I like keeping common areas clean and organised so everyone can enjoy them. I’m easy to communicate with, respectful of people’s privacy and schedules, and I believe a good household comes from clear communication and mutual respect.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports and outdoor activities, and I bring a positive and easygoing energy into the home. I’m social and friendly but also appreciate personal space, aiming to contribute to a relaxed and balanced living environment for everyone.
