Lalita

Hi! I’m Lalita, I’m 22 and currently studying a Master of Public Health at UWA while also working part-time.

I’d say I’m pretty easygoing and independent. I do enjoy having my own space and I’m quite happy keeping to myself, especially when uni gets busy, but I definitely don’t want to live in a house where everyone feels like strangers either. I’d love to be able to have the occasional movie night, cook together, have a chat in the kitchen or go out for a cheeky drink with my housemates every now and then.

Between uni and work I’m usually out of the house around 3–5 days a week, and when I’m home I’m generally studying, cooking or just winding down. Cooking is probably my biggest hobby, so I’m in the kitchen quite a bit, but I’m clean and tidy and very respectful of shared spaces.

Outside of that, I love seeing my friends, going out for drinks, listening to way too much music and finding new places around Perth to try. I’m social when I feel like being social, but I also really value having a peaceful home and my own downtime.

Basically, I’m looking for a place that feels comfortable and friendly, with people who are happy to do their own thing but can also hang out from time to time.
