I am a 25 year old who works full time in the CBD. My current lease is ending in November and I’m facing a rental increase so am looking into other options.

I work 5 days per week from 8am to 5pm, and generally like to keep to myself when I get home from work. I like to keep my space and shared spaces neat. On the weekends, I am often out with my friends exploring cafes or checking out markets, but we do love a movie day if the weather is miserable.

I am creative and love movies, I have a DVD collection that I am proud of and happy to share!

I have been renting for years and lived both on my own and in share houses prior, so have plenty of experience in all types of living situations.
