hello hello!! I’m putting feelers out as I am looking for a long term room from January 2027

I recently moved to Brisbane from Newcastle and have decided I need to be near the beach again.

I am a social butterfly however I do enjoy my own space from time to time, so a social yet understanding household would be ideal.
I love being outside and being active whether that’s a walk, run, hike or simply laying by the beach, I will be there.

I am looking for a private room and would prefer off street parking but am pretty lenient. An ensuite would also be preferred however I am lenient with that also.
Budget is max $350 however I am open to negotiations for the right place.
Location preference: Coolangatta/Tugun
