Dilara and Keelan

Hi there! We’re Dilara and Keelan. We have just relocated from the South West up to Perth and are looking for a room to rent.

We are an Australian couple 25 & 27 who have been together for over 6 years. Keelan is a Project Scientist and is working full-time in the CBD and I run my own online business but I am also actively seeking a new full-time career in my field of Criminology & Justice.

We have a long rental history and have lived with lots of flat mates in the past. We are social people and would ideally like to live with people who are like-minded and enjoy a social catch-up. However, we are definitely not party people and still like to have our quiet nights in and are very mindful of how important alone time is.

We are neat, organised and clean people. We will always wash our dishes, won’t leave a mess in the bathroom, and will even cook the occasional ‘family dinner’. We don’t have any pets but if your household has a dog, this is a huge bonus to us!

We enjoy spending our spare time outdoors, including camping, hiking and fishing. Keelan loves to surf and dive, and I love to read and run.

Our ideal suburbs are Claremont, Subiaco, Leederville, and surrounding areas, but we are open to anything North of the Swan River and would also consider Fremantle. We would love to have our own bathroom but we are flexible with this, and are looking to stay about 4 - 6 months.

We are able to provide references from previous private landlords, realestate agents, family and housemates.
