Hi there,

I'm Raj (M27) looking for a room around southern-eastern suburbs in Brisbane. I'm a civil engineer and working full-time from office. I like sports, politics, geopolitics, economics, music, social dinners, gym, and weekends' outdoorsy stuff. I usually don't spend much time at home due to commitments to my work and my girlfriend. But when I am home, I am always up for a chat or a coffee. I enjoy cooking as well, so if I am cooking, I don't mind cooking for my housemates. I don't smoke, vape, or any drugs. I do drink, but occasionally. My party days are over, but I would like to do social dinners or games with my housemates.

Behavior wise, I am an easy-going, down to earth, responsible, clean, and accommodating person who puts people at ease and makes them feel welcoming around me. Personality wise, I am presentable, confident, relaxed, jolly, understanding, and charismatic. I can easily get along with people from any age groups. I can be compatible with kids and elders as much as I can be with young and mature adults. I was born and brought up in a family-oriented environment, so I'm highly compatible with likeminded people. I am good when it comes to relationship management and sharing house-holding responsibilities.

I have lived with singles, shared places with females, and couples. When it comes to shared accommodation, I am flexible, understanding, super clean, and respectful. I'm straightforward, I don't whinge on little things of house-holdings. I take responsibilities whether its about my life, career, partner, friends, family, and the house.

Finance wise, well secured. I don't miss rent and other payments' due dates. The reason behind moving to a sharing house is that I want to buy a house in early 2025. So, sharing a house makes sense.
