32 female moving from Adelaide to work full time as an academic with the University of Sydney. I am looking for a clean and quiet place with someone who likes the same. Preference for a furnished room, walking distance to UniSyd. Private bathroom required.

I love animals, plants, true crime, music and good food. Happy to lend my green thumb to care for plants, and I wouldn't mind if you have a pet (I have a lot of experience with cats). I enjoy relaxing/napping on weekends. I don’t drink, but am happy to have a friendly dinner while you enjoy a glass of wine! My favourite food is a bowl of spicy noodle soup.

I plan to travel between Sydney and Adelaide outside of teaching periods, so you may have the place to yourself sometimes! I am friendly, but enjoy my alone time, and go to bed relatively early.
