Hi, I’m Maxim. I’m looking for a furnished room or studio in Perth for around 2–3 months from late June, as my current landlady is starting renovations.

I work full-time in healthcare recruitment and earn around $2,000 per week, so rent will not be an issue. I have a solid rental history, always pay rent on time, and can provide landlord references if needed.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I like my home to be peaceful and clean, and I’m very mindful of other people’s space and privacy.

Ideally, I’m looking for a calm and friendly household with reasonable access to public transport or parking.
