Hey I'm Jess, 35 year old full time shift worker looking to move closer to work. I'm pretty chill and have owned my own home so will respect the property as if it was my own. I have lived alone and in a share house.

I have 2 indoor/outdoor cats. One that sleeps most of the time and loves a cuddle. The other who is outside most of the time and loves to play.

I'm clean and respectful of common spaces. Happy to keep to myself or be social with housemates.

I'm flexible on move in date but would need to be by 19th Jan at latest.

My work hours are generally 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or nightshift.

Hobbies include hitting up the beach on sunny days, paddle boarding, hiking/camping/4wding. Happy to respect personal space but would also love to share a drink or 2 or cook dinner together once in a while.

I can bring any furniture. I have couch, bed, table, microwave, washing machine, dryer. But it they're not needed I can just sell them.
