Juanita and Jamie

I’m a recently retired teacher and he is a retired marine biologist. We have a reliable income from our super and personal investment funds. We’re moving to Melbourne for a year to be closer to our daughter and to decide whether to buy a unit here ourselves. We are active people who enjoy the great outdoors and regular exercise as well as gardening. We value our own and other’s privacy though are up for a chat over a cuppa or beverage. We’re clean and used to shared households as we’ve maintained one (ongoing) in our home town in North Queensland. It will mostly be me, Juanita who will be staying with Jamie coming down for shorter visits. We love dogs but unfortunately have an allergy to cats. We are happy to contribute to a happy, healthy and peaceful household.
