Felipe Espinosa

Hi there!

I'm Felipe, originally from Colombia, and I’ve been living in Perth since March. I absolutely love the city and the amazing people I’ve met along the way. I'm looking for a place to call home and some great housemates to share it with.

I’m a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience, currently working as a building services engineer at Devlin Engineering and Management. My job keeps me busy, but outside of work, I’m really passionate about personal development. I spend time creating content on LinkedIn around topics like limiting beliefs, energy management, taking action, and mindset – all aimed at inspiring people to connect with their best selves.

In my downtime, I’m a bit of a sports enthusiast. I love playing tennis and have played for East Fremantle Tennis Lawn during winter. This summer, I’ll be playing for Alexander Park. I also enjoy golf, kitesurfing, and trying out new activities whenever I can. I’m an easy-going person who enjoys staying active and having good conversations.

Even though I don’t have an official lease record here yet (I’ve been renting a room due to the competitive housing market), I’m super responsible, organized, and always respectful of shared spaces. My friends describe me as determined and resilient, and I believe those qualities make me a great housemate as well.
