I'm a lady working full-time. I am very quiet, organized, respectful, responsible and peaceful.

I enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I don't drink, smoke, party or do any form of recreational substance.

I prefer to rent a granny flat, studio, apartment, or any personal or private space.
I don't mind renting with one other person. My preference is my own bathroom, ideally ensuit.

I am looking to rent around Spearwood, Hamilton Hill, Bibra Lake, Beeliar, Murdock, Bull Creek, Cockburn, Lake Coogee, Hammond Park, and any surrounding suburb. I am looking for long term rental. I'm also looking for a lovely place to call home, preferably a granny flat or studio.
