Hello,

My name is Herschel.

I am currently working and studying. I'm looking for a new place to live for atleast 12 months or longer.

‍I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. During the week I usually go to the gym after work or enjoy cooking. On weekends I like to go for hikes ,catching up with family and friends. I also enjoy drawing and painting. I'm working on a book for children at the moment.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. At my current place I would follow the cleaning roster and clean the living areas/bathrooms.

My monthly budget is 1000-1200 and I'm looking to move soon. I'm hoping to find a place in the Northern suburbs. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with other people.
