I am from South Africa, on a 3 year working visa with an IT company. I'm working fulltime in the Perth CBD and am looking for a room to rent. I'm flexible in location, however would like easy access to public transport. My preference would be a location between Scarborough and the Perth CBD, including Innaloo, Leederville, Subiaco, West Perth, East Perth and central.

I'm a 36 year old male, neat and tidy. I enjoy to socialise with my housemates, however also enjoy my own space.
