Quiet and respectable 22yo, likes my own space but enjoy spending time and doing things together occasionally. I work full time as a Fabricator 6am to 4pm so won't be home most of the time besides weekends. I'm a big gamer, love all things mechanical (especially if it has 4-6 Cylinders) and all round passive and relaxed. Not really a party person or massive drinker but not opposed to gathos/drinks as I don't mind socializing and meeting new people. Clean, Tidy can be a little pedantic but I don't expect the house to be sparkling clean everyday either.

Just hoping I can find some other housemates that are looking for something relaxed and judgment free, but can still pull their weight with chores/maintenance and have their financials in check :)
