Velizar

Hi Everyone, my name is Velizar. I am a 27 year old Finance Professional who is in search of accommodation in/near CBD for the end of January/Early February. I am open to any part of the CBD or surrounding suburbs (South Yarra, Richmond, Prahan, Brunswick ect...). Preferably looking for a shared accommodation with liked-minded people but open to any vacant property
as well. The budget is around 240-280 per week, but I can increase if need be.

A bit about me. I am originally from Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and I came here three years ago to study and now I am working full time as an Accountant/Risk Management. Outside of work I enjoy:

* Completing and training in MMA 🥋
*Going out with friends and exploring new places 🌃🍝
*Festivals and Music Events 🕶️🎧
* Hiking as well 🥾

I am a sociable and easy-going person, but I also enjoy my personal space at time. I value a cleaned and organised household where everyone respects each other. My Monday to Fridays are very relatively simple since I leave early in the morning and come back later at night from work/training. But I do enjoiy doing something fun on the weekend.
