Hi, my name is June (Junya Hayashi). I’m 31, from Japan, and currently a student studying Civil Construction in Australia.

I work three jobs (hi-end Japanese restaurant, housekeeping, and an education consulting company), so I usually come home late and keep very quiet at night. I’m a clean and responsible person, and I always keep common areas tidy and pay my rent on time. I have share house experience and I respect other people’s privacy.

I don’t smoke and I don’t host parties. I’m friendly but also like a calm and comfortable home environment. I enjoy cooking, video games, guitar, and watching movies and anime – sometimes I’m happy to cook food for housemates.

I’m looking for a clean and friendly share house with respectful housemates. I can move in from today and I’m looking for a place I can live for long term.
