Hey! My name is Cynthia 😊 I’m a support worker and part-time student currently looking for a place to call home. I have stable income from two jobs and get paid fortnightly.

I used to rent with my sisters, but I’m now looking to become more independent and have my own space. I’m very clean, organised, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m also responsible with rent and bills and value a calm, comfortable home environment.

I’m currently overseas visiting my parents but will be returning in two weeks. If needed, my brother and sisters are available to attend inspections on my behalf while I’m away so I can just come and get settled.

If everything is sorted,I’m happy to pay the bond immediately to secure the place.
