Looking for an apartment/sublet/homestay as I'm visiting Perth for work for a short time only (1 month). like running, nature, outdoors, music. I will be coming from Sydney, so I would love to explore Perth and the food, vibe, nature, beaches, and other unique spots it has to offer. I would prefer a clean, quiet, peaceful, accessible flat/apartment that is close to amenities and public transport, near recreational area and ideally would be close to where I will work (Kensington) but I am flexible and able to accommodate other locations as well.
