Hello, my name is Richard

I was previously in a long term relationship and paid rent for over 18 years but was never on the lease.

Currently unemployed and previously worked in Electrical Appliance Retail Sales for over 20 years.

I am currently looking to rent a room or granny flat almost anywhere in Victoria as long as there is a major supermarket within 10km I guess.

I am typically a quiet introverted person but do come out of my shell once I get to know people and I have a silly sense of humour.

Starting over is a challenge but I hope you will consider a middle aged guy that isn't a party animal but is open to socialise now and then but also likes time out to recharge my social battery, as I'm definately more of a homebody overall but open to new experiences in life too.

I use to enjoy seeing live rock bands but haven't been in quite a few years due to previous work and family commitments and rising costs of living all being factors.
