Alex and Mona

Hi, my name’s Alex and I’m currently living in Melbourne, planning a permanent move to Tasmania with my partner Mona.

I work as a tour guide 3–4 days a week, usually long shifts, and I also volunteer in wildlife rescue with Wildlife Victoria and Wildlife Rescuers. I completed my Diploma of Conservation and Ecosystem Management in December 2025 and am working toward a future career as a Park Ranger.

Mona is finishing her Early Childhood Education course and is kind, quiet, polite, and very caring. We both love nature and spend a lot of our free time hiking, exploring, and helping wildlife.

We’re easy-going, very clean and organised, respectful of shared spaces, and not party people. Home to us is a place to unwind and recharge, so we value a peaceful, friendly, and considerate household. We’re always happy to have a chat, share a meal, or say hello, but we also respect privacy and personal space.

When I’m not working or volunteering, I’m usually hiking, at the gym, riding my motorcycle, or spending time with friends. We’re looking for a calm, positive home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
