Hi I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment where I can live comfortably within a reasonable price. I am clean and tidy and love to cook and bake! I love a nice chat with my housemate and would try my best to keep everyone including myself, comfortable. I have been living in a shared apartment for the past 2 years so I know exactly how to set boundaries and maintain shared spaces for everyone! I prefer a woman only household and need a metro station (preferably near hawthorn, richmond, burnley, glenferrie or in the cbd) to go to uni and work. I neither drink nor smoke and mostly study for assignments at uni haha!
