Hey! I’m 33 and looking for a new place to call home, ideally moving in sometime between 1–14 October.

I’m currently based in the South East but pretty flexible with the area for the right place.

I’m open to either joining an existing home with 1–2 flatmates, preferably around 28+, or finding a place of my own. Also happy to consider a lease takeover.

Ideally I’m looking for something month-to-month, up to a 3-month lease, or a lease takeover, but I’m open to other ideas.

Unfurnished is preferred as I already have pretty much everything needed to furnish a whole house 😅

I work full-time as a subcontractor and I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easygoing. I like having a comfortable and neat home and I’m respectful of everyone’s space.

Budget is flexible depending on the place and arrangement.
