Hello, my name is Nimash. I’m an Italian–Sri Lankan student who has recently relocated to Melbourne to begin my studies at Kaplan Business School, located in Docklands.

I consider myself a very responsible, respectful and reliable person. I’m quiet, clean and well organised, and I truly value a calm, comfortable and well-maintained home environment. I take good care of the place I live in and always treat it with respect, as if it were my own.

I’m looking for a private room in Docklands, the Melbourne CBD or nearby suburbs within approximately 20 minutes by tram, as this allows me to easily commute to university. I’m ideally seeking a long-term arrangement (6 to 12 months) and I have immediate availability to move in.

At the moment I’m staying in temporary accommodation, so I’m motivated to find a stable and welcoming place where I can settle properly, focus on my studies and work part-time alongside university.
