Hello potential landlord!

I (Bobbie) am studying to become a midwife at Notre Dame, Fremantle. I grew up in Margaret River and have lived in Peppermint Grove, Cottesloe and Northbridge over the past two years.

I have worked in hospitality, childcare, and done commercial and residential cleaning. In my spare time I like to sew, go for a walk or spend time with my partner of three years (Manni).

My name is Manni Perrau, I am a 21-year-old Australian Citizen studying a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at UWA.

I also grew up in Margaret River, and have been renting in Northbridge since February of 2024. I currently work at the Re Store, located in Northbridge.

Besides working part-time and being a uni student, I enjoy various sports, whether that be playing or watching. I also enjoy reading and embroidery.

As we have had recent experience renting, we understand the expectations of as tenants and how to be respectful and courteous of others in close proximity.

We would love the opportunity to live together and ideally want a studio space with a car spot somewhere around the Perth Metro area, the Fremantle train line, or neighbouring suburbs- Wembley, Mount Lawley, Nedlands- to name a few…

We have no allergies and like animals of all kinds.
