I’m a 29-year-old Korean female student and I’ve been living in Brisbane for about a year now.

I’m currently looking for a private room (single room) around Buranda / Dutton Park / Woolloongabba / Coorparoo or nearby areas.

- Budget: up to $280/week (flexible for the right place)
- Move-in: from the second week of May onwards

I work on weekdays, and on weekends I usually either rest at home or go out to see friends. I also really enjoy going out and exploring new places when I have time.

I’m a friendly and easy-going person, but I also really respect personal space. I’m not a party person, and I prefer a clean, quiet and tidy home. I actually enjoy keeping things organised and clean.

I’d also feel more comfortable in a female-only place if possible.
