We're a stable family of 5 (3 adults and 2 boys aged 9 and 10) urgently looking for a new place to call home.
We need to move by February 2nd, so we're open to both short-term and long-term options.
What we're after:
●Long-term preferred: 3+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ideal, in the Southport, Ashmore, or Molendinar areas. Budget up to $1000/week.
●Short-term/flexible lease: Happy to consider anywhere on the Gold Coast if it allows us time to find something more permanent in our preferred spots. Budget up to $1000/week if bills are included, or $850/week otherwise. At this point, we're flexible on setup for short-term! All adults work full-time jobs, and the kids are settled in school.
Our 21-year-old cousin (one of the adults) is currently staying elsewhere but would join us once we secure a long-term spot.
