I’m currently looking for a place to stay in Bundoora or nearby suburbs, preferably within walking distance to a tram stop. I’m open to a studio apartment, granny flat, one-bedroom unit, or student accommodation, and I would be especially happy to share with a kind family or a retired family.

My budget is under $300 per week, ideally including all bills.

My preferences (flexible):

Furnished room or unit

Lock on the bedroom door

Off-street parking

En-suite or private bathroom (highly preferred)

About me:
I’m a full-time university student currently in my research year. I’m friendly, calm, and very quiet, and I spend most of my time studying at the university library. I’m also clean, tidy, organised, and respectful of others’ space, and I maintain a peaceful daily routine.
