Looking for a one bed apartment, South Sydney area preferably - Maroubra, Hillsdale, Pagewood, Eastgardens, Randwick preferred areas.
Looking for something long term only, no short term or sublets! Not interested in sharing either.
Ideally looking for somewhere with an internal laundry or space for a laundry, as well as a parking space or ample street parking.
I work full time in youth work, and enjoy getting out and about in my free time, enjoying the outdoors. I enjoy being close to the beach and quieter areas.
