I work full time as an executive assistant in pyrmont at the star and casually as an F45 coach. I love exploring, days at the beach & cooking. I like to live a healthy, happy, balanced lifestyle. I'm reliable , neat, helpful and respectful. I look forward to living with a like minded individual who also loves to chat over a wine or 2 with dinner but also understands the need for there own down time :)
I value manners, hygiene and respect privacy. I usually keep to myself unless something fun is happening. I like parties but not ay my house hehe. You'll never have to ask me for rent, I work full time. I love to cook, so you can taste my creations if you want :P You won't have to ask me to clean after myself cause I can't live in sticky, dusty place :/ If you laugh at my jokes I'll pay more rent. Also, the last sentence is a lie. But you should still laugh at my jokes ;P
I'm a passionate designer/entrepreneur working at UNSW, who loves to go out and try fun things. I'm tidy and quiet (sometimes i like to play my guitar) and I'm up for socializing. I am looking for a quiet, minimal road-noise, private room in a share flat/house. I have experience renting and always on time with payments. Move date is flexible. Looking for something long term. LGBT friendly. I am pet friendly :). No share rooms please. Private room.
I am a Registered Nurse at Westmead Children's Hospital. I'm an outgoing easy person who when I'm not working I am out keeping active as a lifesaver at North Bondi, at the gym, or just relaxing at home. Always up for a chat but also respectful of space
Hi there my name is Alex, I'm 29 years old and have been living in Sydney for a little over three years now after making the move interstate. Currently looking for a new place to call home. I work Monday to Friday usually early mornings till late, but have the weekends to unwind, explore and enjoy all that Sydney has to offer. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to be happy and be around positive people. Reach out and let's make something happen. Look forward to hearing from you, Alex
We are a young couple from the United States looking for a place to stay briefly before moving to Port Macquarie. We have family in the area, so we will rarely be around during the day and are just looking for a comfortable place to crash at night. We are quiet, don't like to party, go to bed early, and rise early in the morning. Both of us have lived with 5+ people at a time and have never had any roommate issues. We also love to run and cook (and eat!) and would welcome friends to join us :)
Hi I'm Steve, Irish 31 y/o white collar professional working in the city, i travel interstate frequently for my job. Pretty easy going, laid back and enjoy a beer or two at the weekend. Clean, quiet and tidy. Expert ping pong player! I'm looking to share an apartment with a single male or female ONLY, no house shares, couples or short term rentals. My budget includes bills and length of stay can be 3-6 months or longer if we become good housemates. I am available to move in straight away! My demographic is broad as i have my own car so i am not bothered about location / public transport just as long as i am within a 30 minute drive to work. Hit me up!
I am a young girl who has big dreams. I am currently doing a double bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration. I am going to transfer to do a Bachelor of Business next year. I also work part-time at a restaurant so I know how to cook and clean. I am originally from Randwick, NSW and have lived in Australia my whole life. For fun... I will do almost anything as long as it has been planned (cause I'm super organized) but the main things I like to do is dance, swim, play sports (soccer, b-ball, tennis etc), go out to new restaurants and eat my heart out and the occasional club/pub here or there doesn't hurt. I am just looking to start a fresh life because if your life doesn't get better by chance... it gets better by a change.
1st year full time student. would be looking for some casual work also. moving from regional area for study purposes
Professional Male, Clean & Tidy, Fun, Respectful and Very Responsible. Enjoys being social but also respect the privacy of others. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
Hi, I am looking for a private room in a houseshare from 03/11/2018 until roughly 06/03/2019. I am very tidy and rarely in the house as I am busy throughout the week, and am with my friends mostly at the weekends.
We're considerate of other peoples needs, we don't throw massive parties or have a heap of guests over as we are naturally introverted. But we do enjoy the occasional drink and we love to hang out with fellow housemates. We do hold good livelihood standards but we are not too fussed about it. We respect other peoples privacy and boundaries, we're quite placid by nature and not confrontational as we are diplomatic about resolving issues that may surface. We're very receptive of persons from various cultures, alternative lifestyles and we embrace diversity. Our hobbies include cooking where we like to perform house cooks based on a national theme. We are great with pets too!
Hi fellow flat mates, I’m Gabbi, 24 and working full time in Rosebery. I have been house sharing for over 7 years and am very accustomed to sharing a house with many others. I am respectful of people’s space, belongings, lives and how they like their living spaces. I am fairly laid back when it comes to living situations, however I do appreciate a home that is tidy, respectful , stress and drama free. I'd love a house that can be made a home and someone who is happy to make a home with me, my dog and potentially another housemate. I'm not opposed to the occasional gathering of friends, in fact i'd love it if we had a home that was open to entertaining, however, it's something that is within reason and respectful of other housemates plans - open communication is key. I have a dog jax, he is pretty cool. He’s a daschallier, goes for runs, hangs out and is pretty much low maintenance. I’m on the hunt for a house that is roughly $200-300 per week , pets allowed, is nice and a house mate who is not too awkward, clean, respectful and yeah :) Let me know if you’d like to discuss further or want to grab a coffee and look at some places :) Gabbi
Hey guys and gals! I'm looking for a room to rent long term anywhere around the Maroubra area and surrounding suburbs. I've just been successful in a full time government role in the area and hope to move within the next 2-3 weeks. At this stage my expected start date is the 5th of Nov. I am super clean and take pride of where I live so, hoping to find a good group of people/person who are also the same. I train early in the mornings every weekday so I'm usually asleep quite early and respectful of noise with others. I have my own bed etc, however looking for built in robes. A bit about me - I'm a 26 year old working professional and career focused. Last year I moved from Adelaide to Sydney originally knowing no one or been here before so I could progress my career. I spend my weekends food prepping and with my group of friends I've met here in Sydney exploring new places, hiking in the Blue Mountains, walking any walking tracks, going to the beaches, kayaking or trying anything new, checking out cool brunch and dinner places, and now that I'm moving closer to the beach again I'll hope to take up surfing again. I'm pretty outgoing and social, but also respect other people's privacy and down time. I'm pretty chilled most of the time and will be awesome to find like minded people to live with too. Happy to live with males or females either way if you're easy to live with I don't mind :)

During the week my life will consist of work and in weekends I like to chill, hang with mates, movies etc. I run a Bootcamp group on Sunday morning so your more than welcome to join. I live a pretty hectic but active lifestyle. Always up for meeting new friends, dining out and going for coffees etc I have reached a point in my life where my career and development has been my main focus, I may not look as old as I am but I tell ya I don't act 34 lol If your a joker as much as I am then we will get on just fine. Thank you all for your messages but my preference is for something modern and within Zetland, Rockdale or Brighton Le Sands areas as I want to be close to my gym 👍

Hello, I'm a 30-yo female who's currently looking for a long term flat close to the beach (preferrably walking distance). I work in an office job in the south of Sydney and commute by car every day. I often spend my evenings either with friends, making some food or editing photos on my computer for the travel blog that I run. I'm very open minded and flexible because I have spent most of the last few year traveling. I decided to settle in Sydney because of the beautiful nature surrounding the city and the plentiful job opportunities available. Look forward to hearing from you! Marijs
We are an English couple, travelling Australia on a working holiday. We have both already secured employment in Sydney for the New Year. We are both sociable and like meeting new people. We are good for a glass of wine! We are both clean, tidy and know how to respect our housemates space. We are looking for somewhere to stay for at least a couple of months before continuing our travels.
