I'm also clean and tidy- I have no issues tidying up after myself. If we get along great I'd be interested in extending the lease to another 6 months.

Hello! I’m Rosalie and I’m a 25 year old flight attendant. I am looking for a longterm and private room to rent as I am barely home due to traveling a lot for both work and leisure, as well as spending a few nights a week at my boyfriend’s place. I spend a lot of time outdoors, at the beach and occasionally attend ballet classes- would love to meet someone that would be keen join me too! I’m looking for people that make a house feel like a home. I like cleanliness and housemates that share the household work. I would love to find a housemate that enjoys the outdoors as much as me so that we can do coastal walks and outdoor lunches together, but I am also happy to spend my downtime at home relaxing. I am trying to save money to eventually buy my own apartment and it would be great to live with others that have a similar goal. I like to go out and socialise with friends, but I am not interested in living in a party house. My hours are very irregular so on the rare occasion I have 5am starts on a weekend, however I mainly only do afternoon shifts and finish work around 10:30pm I have all my own bedroom furniture, so I would prefer to find an unfurnished room. *Off-street Parking is a must *Internet is a must *NO share room *please only contact me if you have a listing & photos of the room available
I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I offer consultancies so I am working part time and sometimes only travelling in Australia. I love playing and watching cricket. Also like playing badminton and squash. I like to watch TV Shows and Movies. I mostly travel casually and dress formal only for occasion but I do not backpack. I am friendly but I try to be in limits and respect other people's limits as well. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good place for a couple. We will be requiring daily use of the kitchen with facilities and access to bathroom as well. If bathroom is independent along with bedroom than it would be a great plus. Internet facility is also required but we will not be requiring any laptop/computer as we have our own with us. We have stayed with different Aussies previously and had wonderful times so looking forward to that again. * *I might be travelling because of New year holidays between 1st January 2017 and 29th January 2017 so mobile contact may not be possible but you can always drop me an sms or e-message and I will reach back.
Hi! I'm Will. I'm a student looking to find a two to five bedroom apartment with other easygoing people to share or start up, or an affordable one bedroom or studio on its own if that's somehow seemingly possible. Private room. I'm looking to study this year at UNSW and I need to find a place close by. I'm quiet, but I don't mind socialising if we get along and can connect, easygoing, considerate, can clean up after myself (as long as you don't mind my room looking a bit awry at times) and always up for a chat over a cuppa. I'm more for a quiet lifestyle and I never get in other people's way or space. But I would like to head out or to the beach now and again. I drink socially. I have four budgies I need to bring along however. Don't plan on getting another anytime soon. I do have another budgie someone here can happen to take off me if they want. She just hasn't bonded with the others. She's not overly aggressive or naughty, but has wanted to be top of the pecking order and is more of a loner to the others. Looks pretty, different to the budgie in the above picture though (that one I would like to keep), kind of a light green and yellow on the head, some brown barring on the wings, and some small purple patches on the cheek. She likes to climb onto and nimble at your fingers if you're interested, so somewhat tame if only shy. Please message me if you have something you think would suit. :)
I am an easy going and a busy person, working full time and finishing my Bachelor degree this year. I love outdoors, cooking, I am an animal and nature lover. Keen on clean and simple living space. No room share offers please-private room only.

HI, i am a second year student at UNSW undertaking a Bachelor of Mechatronic Engineering and Master of Biomedical Engineering. I am very friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. I have never had any dispute with my previous landlords, nor roommates. I will be at UNSW five times a week and spend the majority of my time studying or going to the gym, thus I will be of no distraction or interruption to the other occupants living with me. Furthermore, I am a tidy person who respects my own belongings, and that of others.
I'm from Wollongong all my life, I'm cooperative, easy to get along with, I can keep to myself as well as mix in with others when I feel like it. I surf and run and am into meditation and serenity :-) I have my own bed and furniture, so somewhere to store my extra stuff would be a bonus too.

Hi, I am a 26 year old Irish female looking for a room to rent in the eastern suburbs from mid/end January long term. I am clean, tidy and respectful of property and would like to live with like minded people who enjoy socialising together. Ideal property type would be modern but this is not essential as long as place is clean, double bed preferred. I currently work in traffic control while waiting on my independent skills visa so I can work in a graduate job :) occasionally work night shifts but generally mon-fri 7-5!
Hello mates! I am Nigerian, moving to sydney for my graduate study at UNSW. Originally from Tassie, but now calling Sydney home! I work full time in retail, study part time online. I like wine, the beach, live comedy and live music and whatever other adventures I can find to go on in Sydney! I think I'm reasonably easy to live with, I am generally neat and tidy and respectful of others' space. Will pay rent and bills on time, and have lived in share houses before so I'm down with cleaning up after myself and whatnot. I'm looking for somewhere that will feel like home, with relaxed housemates who are up for a laugh and like to hang out occasionally. Let's be roomies!
I'm moving from the UK over to Oz for work but also potentially to travel too! I'm 25 and this will be my first time moving abroad. Looking to live with preferably with people who are in the same boat and people who want to socialise and explore Sydney. Hi, Louise and myself are currently looking for a new home, We are both from the U.K. and both work. Louise is an early learning educator and I am an electrician. Both very clean, tidy people. best regards Marc
Laid back, easy going animal lover, new to Sydney so looking for something long term. I work nights and study through the day so you'll barely see me even when I am home. I'm very clean, fit, fun and will be spending the next six months working my butt off and training (weights/boxing). So my budget Im trying to keep around $150/wk. Lower if you'd like me to look after the house too (cleaning etc.) I'm happy go lucky but appreciate my privacy as I'm a bit of lone wolf. So I can't live with anyone who works from home as that's a bit TOO much time together for me. Lol. Im friendly, and social but love and need my down time/quiet time so non-stop party houses won't suit.... though I don't mind a party ;) -but Home is not where I party as I'm respectful and will treat your place like my own. I'm looking for a fully furnished room anywhere near a beach would be a dream. With a respectful, clean and drama free fun person -Oh and I need it immediately! Lol. No pressure! No share houses please, and no students Contact me to discuss. Lisa
UNSW student - International studies. Needing a room for 6 months before I go on exchange. Would also be happy to find a new place with the right people. Looking for a household with young, interesting people who enjoy spending time together. Love the beach and outdoors, reading, and having the odd drink with housemates and friends.
Hi, I'm an active and busy working professional. I currently work as an ambo, which means I work shifts. When I'm not at work, I enjoy coastal living, live music and I'm a huge basketball fan! I’m independent and looking for a flatmate who is equally so, in order to enjoy a stress-free and respectful living situation.
I have lived in a share house for over 2 years, so I know how to clean and maintain the space around me, such as dishwashing, laundry, bathroom cleaning etc. I work full time as an early childcare educator, I have some interesting hobbies that I enjoy and I am quiet, yet keen to join in on the festivities.

I am a sociable guy and I just want to have an amazing year here in Sydney and meet some great people. Housemates are definitely more important than the house for me.
Social, enterprising, laid-back, tidy and orderly half Australian half Danish (dual citizen), planning to work in Sydney for 5-6 months. I do waitering or bartendering in Denmark. Also do well with adapting, wether it's being quiet around the house or partying once in a while.
