Billy and Iure

Hi, my name is Billy :) I am a quiet, responsible and organised tenant currently living in Penrith and looking to rent an apartment or studio a bit closer to Sydney CBD together with my partner.

I am 26 years old, Australian, and currently working in carpentry. My partner, Iure Barbosa, is 29 years old, Brazilian, working in the painting industry while studying Painting & Decorating in Sydney. We both maintain stable work routines and live a calm and respectful lifestyle.

We are looking to move closer to the city to reduce daily commuting time, be closer to work opportunities, and improve our overall work-life balance. Our goal is to find a comfortable home where we can settle long-term and maintain a stable routine.
