Hiya,

I’m looking for a granny flat or studio to call home as my current roomies are having a baby (great for them, sad for me). I'm looking between Miami to Tugun. I'd also be open to a large bedroom if it has a lot of space and privacy, and my own bathroom.

I'm a house-proud person and I love my space to be cosy, clean and peaceful. I'm a sociable person and am always out and about, so I use my home time to recharge and enjoy my own company.

More about me:
I'm 34, work full time in permanent government employment in strategic commuications. I'm an active person and do Crossfit 4-5 times a week, I love any kind of market and watching live music and stand up comedy. I'll try any hobby once and am learning to surf (failing miserably), getting into photography and have made this the year of cooking where I'll finally make a roast as good as my mothers.

I've travelled loads, backpacked around Latin America for a few years and lived in Ireland, so I love to connect with people from different backgrounds, too.

Cons of living with me:
Non-functional without coffee, can’t do maths or tell 24 hour time, directionally challenged, cannot be trusted around a mint slice biccy, hates wearing pants, petrified of cockroaches.

Pros of living with me:
Excellent plant mum, I make my own candles so the house will smell amazing, down to earth, won’t leave the toilet seat up, can make a house a home, fab taste in music, pays bills on time.

Also, if you have pets, I will love them like my own. I've done a lot of pet sitting and am great with animals - I can share my five star reviews on my house sitting profiles as well if you want to see them!
