Hi! I’m Sebastian, originally from Chile. I’ve been living in Perth for over two years and I’m currently studying and working here.

I’m currently looking for a room for my brother, who is visiting Perth from 23 September to 6 October. He’ll be staying on his own during that time.

I’m also considering moving myself after his visit if the place is a good fit and long-term accommodation is available. I work around Elizabeth Quay, so good public transport connections to the CBD are important to me.

I’m clean, tidy and very organised, a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I’m respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy keeping active, good coffee and a relaxed home environment. I don’t have any pets of my own, but I enjoy being around animals and I’m very comfortable living with them.
