Jia

Hi there, it’s Jia. I’m a 30-year-old backpacker from China and currently working full-time at a plant nursery in Sydney. I’ll be staying here at least until March, possibly longer.

I’m an easygoing and respectful person. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and don’t host parties. Always keep my space clean and organized.

I work Monday to Friday for 8 hours a day, so I have a pretty regular routine. After work I usually cook, watch shows, write, study, or just chill at home. Weekends are for the gym, houseworks, visiting friends, and bush-walks.

I’m looking for a furnished room with a private bathroom and parking space (street parking is fine). Ideally 45-minute drive from Glenorie.

I really value having a peaceful and considerate home. Would love to live with someone who’s friendly and easy to get along with.
