Hi, I'm Joel. I’m the Founder and Lead Software Engineer of Coast Tech Labs, a tech company here on the Sunshine Coast for neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD) children & young adults to learn software engineering, creative technologies and augmented reality.

I work full-time running my business and mentoring youth, so I’m looking for a peaceful sanctuary where I can disconnect and recharge. I’m financially stable, tidy, and treat my home as a place of rest, not a party zone.

On weekends, I’m working or away at my family’s farm in Maleny helping out with maintenance or taking our working dogs to the beach. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and live a very healthy, low-drama lifestyle.

Ideally looking for a modern studio, granny flat, or a master suite in a quiet home. I have a good budget for the right space that offers privacy and peace. I may be open to living with one other, professional person aged 25-40.
