I’m a single 40-something woman relocating to the area to work with an NGO based in Ipswich. I’m looking for a granny flat/studio/micro unit I can work from sometimes but that’s also a reasonably easy commute to the office. Off street parking is preferred, but not a deal breaker.
My kids are grown and flown, but I still have my small pup, so if it’s at all possible I’d love to bring him with me.
I’m quiet and tidy and respectful of other people and their spaces.
